Are You Looking for Daily Recaps From Pubcon
I was not able to attend Pubcon in Las Vegas this year, likely because I am a SEO Loser. But I found a couple of sites providing recaps on the events.
SEORoundTable is providing an excellent recap of the all of the events with a lot of detail on what they are seeing and hearing. If you have not visited SEO Round Table before, it is a site that you may want to get used to visiting.
SockMoney is an great blog that is doing a small recap of the events and their comments on them.
Update: Dan Zarrella from DanZarrella.com is also Live Blogging from Pubcon. Thanks for sharing Dan.
Update 2: Chris Winfield, President of 10e20webdesign.com, is also at Pubcon blogging about the event with pictures. You can find Chris’s blog here.
Update 3: Looking for another option for staying up on the happenings at Pubcon? Joe Duck is covering Pubcon as well and includes many great pictures in his flickr account. Enjoy.
Pubcon, the Webmaster World Publishers Conference, kicks off tomorrow with the Guy Kawasaki keynote. Pubcon is one of the big SEO and Webmaster conference.
Of course, being a SEO loser I have never been able to attend. I do know though that it is a very important conference for webmasters, website publishers, and SEO people and hope to attend one of the next upcoming shows.
The Last SEO Blog That You Will Need
Breaking News…There is no longer a need for another SEO Blog. This Blog should be considered the LAST SEO blog that is required on the Internet. Were you planning one? STOP!! There are enough. No more rehashing information, no more posting the same articles everyone else, most who have much more visitors then you will ever have, there are enough. This is the last one you will need.
Why?
I am sure that you are thinking “Wow, this erob guy must be some kind of SEO Superstar if he says this is the last SEO blog that we will need”. And you would be right to think that except for the fact……….
Well, except for the fact that I am a SEO Loser. Could not generate much traffic to a site if it was the only site in the world with the information. I have spent the last two years trying to grow my sites, with some successes, but mostly failures. I have seen sights start from no where and becoming amazing successes, with what on the outside would appear to be no different than that sites that I have, some even not as good.
I am sure that there are many others like me. We see the “ShoeMoney’s” going from zero to hero, even superstar, in the time of about a year. There are many SEO success stories, many publishers who start with nothing and grow a site or network of sites to incredible levels. What did they do that we didn’t is the question. I spend many hours on my sites per day. Everyday I am adding content, studying competition in the same segment, improving sites, obtaining quality on target links, yet the traffic pretty much stays flat.
Well, this blog is where I will study that and see what I can do to improve my SEO skills and knowledge base. I hope some of you other “SEO Losers” will join me as well and work to make our site more successful.
Stay Tuned.
